Screen Printing

Depending on the scope of your job, we screen print directly onto various substrates with either our custom made hand printing benches or one of our semi-automatic screen printing machines.

We can screen print onto a wide variety of materials and surfaces such as:

• Metal panels & chassis; powder coated, painted, anodised, chromated, etc)
• Various rigid plastics; Polycarbonate, Acrylic, HIPS, Corflute
• Various films; Polycarbonate “Lexan”, Polyester
• Self adhesive films; vinyl, mylar, reflective, aluminium foil, tamper evident

We are able to print all PMS colours (Pantone Matching System), or alternatively we can colour match to your sample provided.

A range of high quality screen printing inks are used which are particularly suited for industrial screen printing.

Our ink selection is based on the substrate that is to be printed; we ensure that the correct ink is used for the particular substrate.
