As well as the ability to form louvres, knockouts, dimples, and countersunk holes, punching creates very neat & accurate holes, and avoids join-tags & dross associated with laser cutting.
With our two Finnpower CNC punch presses, we have the flexibility to produce rapid prototypes through to the high volume manufacture of parts. Our investment in automated, un-manned night shift equipment assists to expedite large production runs.
Some materials aren’t suitable for current Fibre Laser-Cutting, but they can be punched with ease. Polycarbonate, Bakelite, and materials with non Laserfilm PE coating can be punched.
We have an extensive tool library, including many common shapes & forms used in Electronics & Telecommunications housings.
Punching capacity 0.6mm to 3.0mm material, sheet size up to 1500 x 3000mm.
